Mardi Gras 2008 of "ARTS IN THE PARK" is held today by "Hong Kong Youth Arts Foundation" and "Standard Chartered", at Central Lawn, Victoria Park, Causeway Bay District, Hong Kong.Giant puppets, each 12 feet high, will be showcased during the parade on the lawn, and there are 20 free art stalls and performances by some youth groups.
