Zhaliang (炸兩), North Point

PetisCuka One of Hong Kong and Cantonese traditional snack, Zhaliang (炸兩), is made by wrapping rice noodle roll around fried dough (youtiao 油條), and usually eaten with soy milk or congee, in one congee eatery, North Point District, Hong Kong.
